ABOUT WILD LOTUS SESSIONS 

As women, it is so valuable to come together in sacred space, to feel and heal.

There are so many simple ways for the woman to truly relax and release the pressures burdening her life.

Each Wild Lotus Session is crafted uniquely with a particular focus depending on the season, moon cycles, planetary influences and most importantly, the needs of the participants. 
When women are honest and open up to themselves, the entire atmosphere changes and a vortex of transformational energy opens up in the whole room, similar to birthing a baby. This field of feminine energy is very nourishing and equally illuminating, shedding light onto the more hidden and difficult areas of ourself and therefore addressing the core issues with real and lasting solutions.

The Wild lotus session includes Yoni Yoga created by Iya Omitola. It is a unique yoga practise that supports the physical and emotional needs of modern women to open her full capacity for pleasure and ecstasy as a path of self realisation. It is aimed at improving the quality of women's sexual health by addressing the core issues that are stored deep in our cells. This unique approach is designed to free up the life force (sexual energy) flowing unrestricted through the body which in turn raises the frequencies and brings more Prana (aliveness) and awareness internally. Naturally this liberates deep residing blockages, unlocking thought forms that contract the body in chronic holding patterns.
